We may decline treatment when we determine that it is not appropriate or safe to provide the service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
● Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fee.
● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price may apply.
● Same-day cancellations, cancellations without notice, or no-shows: The full service price may be charged.
● If you arrive late, the session may be shortened so that the next appointment can begin on time. The full service price may still apply.
● If you feel unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider each situation individually.
● For reservations made through a booking platform, the cancellation policy of that platform may also apply.
Any cancellation fee will be explained before payment is requested.
